Conservation To Cabinet Within The Time Frame Stipulated By The Honourable Minister.
2. To Conduct Meeting At Least Once A Year For Every Council As Follow:
a) National Land Council;
b) National Water Resources Council; and
c) National Biodiversity Council
3. Issuing a Decision Letter On Application For Mineral And Ore Of All Kinds Export Permit Within five (5) Workings
Days UponReceiving Of Complete Application.
4. Providing Access To Geospatial Information Through Geographic Information Application Every 24x7 With System
Uptime Not Less Than 97%.
5. National Comitee On Clean Development Mechanism (NCCDM) Decisions On Clean Development Mechanism (CDM)
Projects Applications Within 5 Working Days.
6. To Issue Acceptance Acknowledgement And Initial Reply For Complaints Within Three (3) Working Days From The
Date Of Complaint Received; and
7. To Make Payment Of Bills And Invoices Not More Than 14 Days Upon Receiving Of Complete Document.
