CLIENT’S CHARTER

To spearhead excellence in sustainable management and conservation of natural resources and environment to enhance the quality and well-being of the society,

We hereby promise that we will:

 

Formulate and implement effective and efficient policies, strategies and good governance in line with the current aspirations of the government;

  Ensure implementation of policies, strategies and programmes of the agencies under the Ministry always comply to the guidelines and directives;
  Monitor, evaluate and improve the implementation of policies, strategies and programmes to ensure management of the natural resources and environment conservation consistently meet the required standards;
 

Enhance public awareness towards the importance of management and conservation of the natural resource and environment; and

  Provide efficient and courteous service with focus on integrity when dealing with stakeholders.
