OBJECTIVE
|
|
To ensure the effectiveness of media plan on planning and implementation related to publicity, promotion and campaign for each principles, roles, programmes and activities including Ministry offcial ceremony through promotion, electronic and printed media. |
|
|
To collaborate good relationship between Ministry and public including media through an effective information deliveries strategies of the Ministry services to attain the objectives as a whole. |
|
|
To provide distribution and reference information material to public and media for each principles, roles and programmes and activities including Ministry official ceremony through printed material publishing such as bulletin, annual report, brochure, pamplet, photo shoot; and video. |
|
|
To ensure that public and customer complaint and suggestion regarting the Ministry will be coordinated and according to the public and customer needs. |
|
|
To ensure that the local and international visit management will be coordinated ti give a good impression to the Ministry. |
|
|
To ensure that public and customer who wish to know or currently and had received a good treatment of Ministry services and was handled effciently and effectively. |
FUNCTION
|
|
To plan and implement media plans related to the publicity , promotion and campaign for each principles, roles, programmes and activities including Ministry official ceremony through TV station and radio; promotion materials such as bunting, banner and billboard; articles for newspaper; speech text; and information deliveries programmes of NRE and agencies servies; |
|
|
To organize public relation and media through media strategies planning in disseminating information through media coverage /press cinference, press release, media broadcast and TV/radio/Newspaper special talk show; and programmewith media; |
|
|
To plan, manage an documented information material for each principles, roles, programme and activities including Ministry official ceremony through printed material publishing such as bulletin, annual report, brochuce, pamplet; photo shoot ; and video for the public and media distribution and reference; |
|
|
To supervise and manage feedback for complaints and proposal received through newspaper, letters, website or personally hand delivered; together with Public Complaints Bureau through Pemudah and Warkah untuk PM channels |
|
|
To coordinate the preparation of introductory event and logistic and local and international visits to the Ministry; |
|
|
To plan and handle matters regarding Ministry core services satisfaction feedback from public and customer who wish to know, the ongoing and received Ministry services through survey form, questions in websites, telephone hotline and customer service counter. |
